Another good year for El Camino Hospital

El Camino Hospital's financial officials anticipate the local healthcare organization will rake in about $78 million in profits over the next fiscal year, according to the new hospital budget which was approved by the board of directors last week.

Why wouldn't they make a profit...I recently went to the ER for a painful symptom that the PA had no explanation for, the phlebotemist bruised half my arm when she stuck the needle in, four hours,xrays blah,blah, blah...over $2K out of my pocket and Anthem Blue XX burdened the rest, which was negotiated...so they forked over less than I did...health care? they're killin' us...

I just love it when hospitals rake in profits to the tune of 84 million... all so they can then take aim at increasing affordability.

Hmmm... I wonder who is really paying for all this...
