Is KMTV on DISH? I used to enjoy it at times but I haven't seen it in over 10 year since we left Comcast.

Nope. KMVT is only on Comcast. One of the requirements many years ago when cable came to town was the requirement to fund and air community TV. DISH has no wires in town and there fore must not carry community TV. They had a hard enough time complying with the federal requirements to re-broadcast local stations over their system.
