This reads like a bad dirty joke. I can't stop laughing right now. So bad.

Let those who are innocent cast the first stones. Indecent exposure is an indicator of crushing loneliness. Please respond with compassion to this incident.

Man, not very smart of Mr. Garciaorta. You should turn down your music when you're doing to do something like this.

But he should be fine if he keeps his mouth shut. The cops didn't actually see him doing anything so there's no evidence.

Of course the DA will probably threaten this guy with every charge under the sun to get him to take a plea bargain.

Mr. Maddox, we should not be helping someone get away with a public offense!

I oppose police corruption, not policing per se. It is hard enough, and expensive enough, to enforce the Peoples' Law. In this matter, the community should be assisting the police and the court.

This was a serious public offense. What if some ten year old girl or boy had walked up to the truck?

When I was about 14, an adult male relative exposed himself to me with malicious intent for a few seconds as he walked past me on a boat dock in a yacht club. His hostility, combined with the fact that I had not yet developed physically as a man and had never seen an erect penis before, resulted in this incident inflicting me with a psychological impression that I "was small". This impression eventually went away, years later, but I still remember its crushing effect during those critically important formative years.

If we all went around naked and routinely copulated whenever and wherever we got the urge, children would be familiar with adult reproductive organs and activities. But all human societies, AFAIK, have opted for keeping these things private and for keeping the children innocent.

What Mr. Garciaorta did in that truck put the children of that neighborhood at risk of harm. The Court should have the opportunity to impress Mr. Garciaorta with the idea that he has a responsibility to behave himself in public to avoid harming the children.
