Life is better for those who are wise. An important part of wisdom is the discovery that you will be more joyful, you will feel better, you will be much healthier, and you will live longer if you do not use alcohol, marijuana, coffee, or any other emotion modifying stimulants and depressants.

If you need the courage that comes from booze to connect with your fellow man, then there is something fundamental missing in your understanding of life. If you need coffee to get up in the morning, don't! Instead of reaching for the coffee, reach for a Bible or other repository of wisdom, and commit yourself to making the effort to becoming wiser so that you no longer need those crutches.

Cigarettes are the worst. If you fully comprehended how awful the last twenty years of your life will be due to a lifetime of smoking, it might just drive you to drink! DON'T SMOKE. IF YOU SMOKE, STOP. TODAY. RIGHT NOW. BREAK ALL OF THE CIGARETTES THAT YOU HAVE IN HALF AND THEN THROW THEM AWAY.

Idea man,

look up Jeanne Calment, she smoked all her life till a ripe old age of 122 yrs, giving her the title of oldest in the world. Then on top of that, the next runner up chained smoked all her life.

Have you smoked for 2o yrs?
