This is what we're spending money on as soon as the economy recovers, getting Abe Koga's friend a new job? Beta testing software for private companies? When did we vote on tax payer money going to support beta testing software. Isnt the role of government to be stable, not bleeding edge? What are we going to accomplish.
We've been asking for traffic issues to be resolved all over town, crime is going up, and we have plenty of blight to deal with. IT manager, for $250,000 a year?

Maybe they'll hire some one from Soledad like the school district just did. That would definitely keep the city cutting edge while meeting the demands of our "very highly educated, high-tech community" as Margaret Abe-Koga points out
