There are no apartment buildings on Palmer avenue. This must have been a house. Watch out.

^lol, of the people to know the geography of the city, I would hope that the police would be at the top of the list. I guess that's why there were no witnesses. Corruption can be a powerful tool for the government when people stop thinking for themselves.
