He must have missed his prison gang. What a loser.

Hate crime and assault to the head should be 2 separate violent felonies, easily qualifying him for 3 strikes. Why is the DA being so lenient with him?

I have no issue with racists and/or gangsters. But what makes this guy think that he can assault someone ? Does he think that he can be assaulted by someone who hates racists and/or gangsters? Anyway, this motor cycle riding gangster doesn't deserve freedom to be on the outside and his place is the prison cell.

How nice, when a white man commits a crime of ignorance and stupidity,a the headlines scream "Hate Crime". Strange how when the ethnicity of the criminal and victim are reversed, it is never a hate crime. I am just amused by hypocrisy and double standards.
Brunwwick, GA, March 23, 2013 A.D: When De'Marquis Elkins shot Sherry West's 13-month-old baby because his mother did not have any money to give him, that was not a hate crime.
"When you have a baby, you spend all your money on babies. They're expensive. And he kept asking and I just said 'I don't have it.' And he said, 'Do you want me to kill your baby?' And I said, 'No, don't kill my baby!'"
De'Marquis Elkins fired four shots, grazing West's ear and striking her in the leg, before he walked around to the stroller and shot the baby in the face.
