Was telling him how bad a driver he is really worth going to jail?

Frail egos behind the wheel. I don't buy for one second that this "Victim" did nothing to try and tick the other guy off. Well it worked kiddo. Sounds like he got into it with the guy from RWC instead of simply giving way(checking his ego), then he had to call for help when it all blew up. The thug who broke the window deserves a good punishment, and the boy behind the wheel should be lucky his ego didn't cost him his life.
There is never only one person to blame in most road rage incidents. Dueling idiocy on the road only proving again that a bunch of jerks are on the road these days. Congrats to both parties involved.

"...either with his fist or elbow, according to the victim -- the man shattered the window."

followed by "...(the alleged attacker) was treated by emergency responders for cuts to his knuckles and hand before being booked."

I'm going to take a stab at this and say he broke the window with his fist. Wild guess really.

I always thought the flinging of poop was how monkeys express displeasure; and who gave them driver's licenses in the first place?!?!

I remember my first reefer stick, I think one of the drivers dropped the reefer on their lap and swerved as they were trying to fetch it.

This is absolutely what you are not suppose to do because it enrages people. This guy needs to go back to driving school. You don't want to make people madder than we already are.

Braking and intentionally trying to have someone hit you on the freeway is dumb to say the least, i get he was mad and is justifiably understandable, but really he should of let the kid slide, so next time he wanted to drive like a ahole, someone more batshit crazy would do more then smash a window... the moral of the story kids is that people drive like idiots all the time. take the high road.
