By the way, PG&E lies through their teeth when they estimate how long and during what hours they plan to close lanes. They previously did work on Junipero Serra and said it would last one month and they would only close lanes during non-commute hours. That quickly morphed into a *six* month project (not one month) and they closed lanes any time they wanted, including during rush hour. Prepare yourself for the worst, and PG&E will probably exceed your expectations.
