District Attorney Rosen's pay move may be illegal

Original post made on Apr 9, 2013

Government at it's finest. What other underhanded ways are they skimming the taxpayers.

What is the point of the union if the management is willing to pay more than what the union negotiates? The purpose of collective bargaining is to get more than what individuals could get on their own but that's clearly not the case here.

This is what happens when no one is watching the watchers.

People should be charged with crimes and fired from their jobs upon conviction.

That's not likely to happen of course.

Cooking the books with overtime and administrative pay is one of the oldest rackets in government employment.

Union represented all the lawyers and all should repeat it. It's not up to Rosen to decide if it's fair or not. If lawyers don't like it, let them dissolve the union representation.

If he is good, wouldn't he already know that?

Mr. Rosen's prosecution of me is in its third year. None of the charges are reasonable. This prosecution is burning through taxpayer money as if I am a murderer. All of the incidents involved are fully documented with high quality audio recordings and videos and still pictures. The police reports are works of fiction, but the multimedia documentation leaves no reasonable question of fact. There is also no reasonable question about the law.

I can prove all of this, and I intend to. Mr. Rosen is a fraud. He is a politician. His mandate from the powers that be is to play the role of "reform DA" so that the clueless voters in this county see what they WANT to see rather than the REALITY. The reality is that this population tells its elected officials, "We do not care about the Constitution. We do not care about being FREE. We just want to be SAFE."

Mr. Rosen is a fraud because you WANT him to be a fraud. This local government is a charade because you WANT it to keep up the nice appearances.

Wake up, childlike, dependent, clueless voters! Do not trust your politicians. Do not trust government. Guard your freedom vigilantly so that you can pass it on undiminished to the generations yet to come.

YuP! Give a rule to an atty and next thing you know he's found the best way to ignore it. Shakespeare was right "First kill all the lawyers!"

And people, our government's laws are set and ignored mainly by attorneys... so what does that leave us with?

The delusion that laws rule the land.

Give me a break! This is another example of the Union Goons attempting to lynch a good person. A Union attorney says that the District Attorney Jeff Rosen broke the law. Don’t you think that the District Attorney knows the law! What Mr. Rosen did was look out for his employee’s welfare. The Unions hate management, and in particular management who oppose their views.

Knowing the law doesn't necessarily mean you obey the law.

Amen Wo\'O Ideafarm, Amen. Here is richer roast. You think No Korea's leader is doing this alone? Dennis Rodman and Ted Turner might turn your head. There is a group called the Bilderberg Group and other groups to remain unnamed that want to end the rise in population. They see that South East Asia and the Far East are the rising tide in population growth. You think Kim is running on his own tide of wishes? Think again like anything that is global related there is always someone or someones driving the money and the resources and the push to make it happen. Our worst nightmare is South Korea negotiating with North Korea and unification. Why, the south gets all the nukes, then its goodby.

The DA is nothing compared to international events unfolding. Good luck to the world the old battle of East v West is rising a new flag.

In WW1 as it broke out a carnival was playing out in England where there were those in the know of world events unfolding where the stupid mindless people in the hundreds just going about their daily tasks. We might just be there again going on with our daily lives where people in the know understand there are events unfolding that will cause the status quo to take a bath. Just like in Bristol opening day to WW1. Lets hope I am wrong.

The DA did nothing wrong, this is a red hearing to the criminal investigations he is charged with doing including some prominent people in Mt View who work for this paper.

Just like in Bristol, England in 1914, a murder investigation by the DA was scuttled when world events came crashing in. That murder remained unsolved and no one cared. The criminal investigations of the day are hoping for similar events. That is why this article was written, its a colossal distraction.

Harold Ickes was ready to take on PG&E and San Francisco for their violations of the Hetch Hetchy system when WW2 came crashing in. In the end the Supreme court mandated that PG&E violated the Act by the fact they cannot monopolize the power yet they still do. This actually is a scandal that this paper has no clue to deal with only the East Bay papers do. It rises as high as the Tea Pot Dome scandal and includes one of our Senators. Think you can trust government? Look who our Senator is and the fact she is embroiled in a complete violation of a Supreme Court Order.

This DA might very well uncover something and it is probably in the works right now where this paper has an interest to deflect it. Good luck to them, they break the law they will pay, we live in a new normal.

If I had a really big sign, and MVPD would leave me alone long enough for me to display it, this is what it would say:

To make life better, make a public commitment to living unselfishly. Then eat dinner every 8 days with others in your postal code who have made that commitment. Living unselfishly means being wholesomely connected with others, with the Earth, and with Higher Power, according to your understanding. In more practical terms, we must all promote our self interest, but we must do that unselfishly. Promoting self interest is the name of the game of life. Play to win, but don't cheat. Cheating ruins the game for everyone.

I have a plan. The above is the core concept of the plan. The plan is legal, moral, and simple. The plan will work, and it will even be fun.

Be at peace. Do not be disturbed when you see suffering and destruction. Do what you can for others, and leave the big picture to God (Higher Power).

Corrupt local government is more important than you say, CP. Your power to improve the big picture is in your power to speak. There is no freedom to speak in Mountain View. That is because the local government here, the Mountain View Municipal Corporation and the County of Santa Clara, including the Superior Court, are all utterly corrupt. The corruption is hidden from your view, but that will change. Stay tuned. If you want to take control of your world, you need to be empowered as citizens. The main empowerment is the empowerment to speak. To retake your power to speak, you must remove this utterly corrupt DA as well as thoroughly clean out the corrupt court here. Next, you must clean house in the Pink Palace at 500 Castro Street. Next, you must fire Police Chief Scott Vermeer.

But before you can or should do any of these things, you must become unselfish people who empower one another in a spirit of "one for all / all for one". A moral transformation must come to Mountain View. And if you are right about Korea, we might not have much time.

Wow, you really are something of a thought. Pink Palace I like it. Chief Scott, well I don't know other than to say he makes way to much money. Corruption yes, its rampant in our area, as Bill Maher puts it, Republicans live in a bubble, when Democrats have a significant issue they say oh look at the poor whales. We are at a cross roads of debate, I would whole heatedly agree in the notion that we are in a mix of corruption at many levels and it shows. Most are in government yes, some are in the levels of the press that pump up these corrupt individuals (this paper). Internationally there are groups that are messing with history time and again. I point to an act you make your own determination: Balfour Declaration.

Its a wicked world sometimes, and the pessimism that is seen in our international circles right now paint one picture where the other side is hidden, but we damn well know what is up if we just read those tea leaves.

This DA will be nothing in the end. Government rarely goes against its own.

There are four, not three, branches of government in the United States:

1. The executive branch
2. The legislative branch
3. The judicial branch
4. The People

Every senior in high school should know that our system of government has a design based upon the principle that government is not to be trusted. The power that The People bestowed upon the executive, legislative, and judicial branches is supposed to "balance". Those branches are supposed to keep each other in check.

The first three branches, although corrupt, are working very well by worldwide standards. The basic design works. But the forth power listed is no longer functioning. The People have become childlike dependents who look to government to keep them safe rather than to keep them free. The People are no longer vigilant and quick to take action to keep the other powers in check.

I do not really have a problem with corrupt Jeff Rosen and corrupt Scott Vermeer. Both of those men are doing exactly what the clueless voters want them to do, which is to keep them safe by circumventing the Constitution whenever that is expedient to get the job done.

THE ONLY INSTITUTION THAT WE NEED TO REFORM IS OURSELVES

A criminal complaint was filed with the DA for serial violations of the Brown Act that rise to misdemeanors and several counts against council members and certain staff. Looks like a new day is dawned in our city of corruption at high levels. Cant wait for this to happen if it does.

A billion dollars of local economic and political interests directs the Mountain View Municipal Corporation to position Mountain View as an ubertidy, ultrasafe area because that is what the market wants. That formula attracts entrepreneurs and residents from all over the world. For this local government, embracing both the city and the county, the Constitution functions as an obstacle to be overcome.

Convicting corrupt individuals is meaningless. We need to change their job descriptions. The politics of safety and greed must be replaced by politics of freedom, opportunity, and individual responsibility.

Exposing government corruption can spread awareness of the Disneyland charade and of the reality beneath that charade. But unless that awareness leads to a moral and civic awakening in the population, nothing will change.
