CALIFORNIA TOWN STANDS UP TO THE NRA: In the wake of Sandy Hook, Sunnyvale Mayor Tony Spitaleri championed a measure requiring gun owners to report a gun theft within 48 hours, lock up their guns when not in use, and dispose of magazines of more than 10 rounds.
