TCE: Apartment owner changes stance on toxics testing

An apartment building owner has finally allowed the Environmental Protection Agency to see if unsafe levels of toxic vapors are being trapped inside a 64-unit apartment complex.

Prometheus doesn't care at all about the tenants. Prometheus owns this town.

Yes nothing ruins property values faster than a CONTAMINATED building sign.

Good for Prometheus that they reversed themselves on this issue. Transparency is usually the better way to go about these things. It's better for everyone to know the facts, than to fear the worst.
