The Voice is one of my favorite things about Mtn. View. Thanks a million, Kate and Carol, for founding it, and to everyone else who has ever worked at The Voice.

Well, Not exactly what has the Voice achieved in the last 20 years except that it has been a mouth piece for the city council, police department,etc..It really hasn't exposed anything about corruption, bribery,quid-pro-quo,over compensation of the city employees, police, fire department,etc..what a waste of time?

Congratulations!
I can call to mind moments and issues The Voice has had real impact on in this community. I am so glad we have a local paper that aims for journalism as its standard.
And I can say that the staff have been consistently receptive to my letters to the editor or other input over the years. I'm not always "on about" something but sometimes I need to put in my 2-cents worth and I have.
Best wishes,

Congratulations on the 20 years! The Voice is one of the things that makes Mountain View a community instead of just a collection of residences.

Congratulations! 'The Voice' is the best local paper we have. Now if we could just get the news with accurate details and without the slant...

Congratulations on 20 years!
I have not always agreed with the Voice's editorials, but I get more Mountain View news from the Voice than from everywhere else combined. Keep up the good work.

I love it when they lock down a subject, it only means that they are afraid of what the real people will say.

Many times you can continue a conversation on the Palo Alto Weekly msg boards. They aren't so quick to lock it down.
That said, Good show Voice! Congrats on 20 years of putting out a very enjoyable paper.

I used to enjoy picking up the print edition of the paper every Friday, but am more apt to read the online edition these days.
Remember that in 1992-93, Internet web browsers were just starting to be commercialized, but are now something most of us use every day.
I appreciate the Voice for covering our local news and if I could ask for one improvement it would be for more regular coverage of our school news in town, both public and private schools.

I agree with Steve. . . "Now if we could just get the news with accurate details and without the slant"
