The author of this article doesn't seem to have read the letter that Mr. Moore sent to LASD. Instead of doing any fact checking, he merely repeats half truths and misleading statements typically made by Mr. Smith. The letter clearly shows that BCS is not proposing any expansion on the Egan Campus - rather the fact that it "does not require further land or facilities at Egan for BCS" is listed as one of the "benefit" for the District and the community.
The letter from Mr. Moore to LASD was also sent to the Mountain View Voice. Please use it to provide the readers with a full context.
Instead of simply repeating hyperbole often uttered by Mr. Smith regarding the state of litigation, please do some fact checking and provide your readers with a full picture.

Yes, full disclosure of Mr Moore's letter is a good thing. You know what's also a good thing? Full disclosure of the admissions policies and a traceable history of those admissions(including those who were declined and why) as well as full disclosure as to where all the money Bullis has to pay for all its lawsuits is coming from.

Conspiracy theorists unite!
Seriously, if you're interested in the admissions policy, go check out the school website. It's all spelled out there. Or call the school and talk to the enrollment coordinator. The ones who don't win the lottery get declined - simple. The public lottery was held last Saturday, I believe. The money to pay the lawyers come from a restricted fund set-up years ago (beginning of the school) - and that information is public knowledge. So stop trying to make everything sound so sinister. That is so 2012!
