Please check the spelling of "restauranteurs." There is no such word.

As usual, the writer tried several different spellings of "farmers' market, farmer's market, farmers market, " hoping, I suppose, to get credit for whichever one is correct. Sloppiness in the writing of the article makes readers question whether the writer was equally sloppy in the facts. Hurts credibility.

As for "restauranteurs" not being a word, I'm afraid my Webster's New World dictionary begs to differ with you, as it recognizes both "restaurateur" and "restauranteur" as correct spellings.
