I have had the pleasure of meeting Dana in person. And I was very impressed with not only her knowledge of the Alexander Technique but also her own personality and posture.

Meeting her I got more inspired in giving her introductory workshop a try. Since I personally work on the computer all day, I do felt the need to take care of my body for many years but did not what will be the best method to do so.

This technique seems easier than other methods and the benefits sounds very intriguing so I look forward to giving it a try.
