"I just think that it was an overreaction on someone's part."
I agree. It sounds like she was upset that the bees were killed and when she found out they weren't and she was mistaken then she tried to save face and be upset that they were moved by professional bee keepers.

Well - let's just be glad that the City was smart enough to call a company like Bee Friendly. It is never ok to kill a hive of honey bees. Wasps and hornets might not be friendly but they deserve to be moved also. I see this as a big win for everyone including the bees.

There is a excellent article about bee keeping for anyone interested in learning more from the Santa Clara Valley Beekeepers Guild. Also Paul at the local Blossom True Value can help anyone with questions. I used to buy honey and candles from him.

The presence of bee isn't necessarily a good thing if you have kids or someone who is allergic to that (not rare). One of my daughters was stunt by the bee this spring. The swelling went all the way to her knee after not too long and we had to send her to the hospital at night.

Good grief. One person had a misguided gripe about a beehive removal on a public street and it made the paper. Kind of funny :)

Removal services are useful in so many ways like they reduce the damage cost, saving time and take the tensions of people which they have during move. [Portion removed due to promoting a website]
