City hires new head of community services

Managing the same Shoreline golf course that was always losing money?

It was always losing money but "was" is the key here. Soon after he joined they started studying outsourcing the golf course. That happened in January and things are better now.

Steve, it would make sense if you paid people more then $100,000/year with benefits to work on your yard like the City does with union workers on the golf course.
