Hospital's goal should be transparency

When it comes to bringing the latest technology to its patients, Mountain View's El Camino Hospital is among the best in the region. But despite many achievements in delivering advanced medical care, the hospital has tangled with one of its largest unions and during a recent downturn threatened to lay off nurses and other staff members.

Thats a good goal, but it seems like that should be a hospitals 2nd goal at best.
