Council gives green light to Lt. Ballard post office dedication

On Tuesday the City Council endorsed the dedication of the Hope Street post office in memory of fallen U.S. Army Lt. Ken Ballard.

If two people abstained then it wasn't 5-2. It was 5-0-2. Robert's Rules of Order consider this a unanimous decision since there were no dissenters.

We are only naming a building, the Post Office will always be called the Mountain View Post Office, anyway I think the First Lt. Ken Ballard building will be great.
