I wonder where Freedman lives.
I wonder if those millenials will still want to live in dense transit-oriented housing and consider car travel "almost criminal" when they're married with a couple of kids.
I wonder if the Google and Facebook billionaires/millionaires will choose to buy a condo near the RR station or a 10,000+ square foot house with a 3-car garage on an acre lot.
We are destroying our communities because of guys like Freedman.

I agree, once you have kids you long for a house in the country with a big backyard. I think telecommuting should be future.

frankly I think think short range mass transit is kind of dumb. Far too time consuming. And I say this from experience. Some days I took half the day going somewhere on bus that would take a mere hour if I called friends for a ride. I ride a motor bike now.
