The police can't make an arrest in the meantime? why would they wait for the DA to decide what charges to file? Since when does the police department decide what specific crime a defendant goes to trail for?

Maybe they're waiting for him to leave the country, then they'll think of a few charges because using physical force to prevent someone from leaving, feeling them up and flashing your bits at them might be a crime in Mt View but no one is really sure.

Disgusting - this is a pretty common experience for young women. I had it happen when I was in my 20's and so have my daughters! Unbelievable how some men think they have the right to force themselves on women! What will it take to reeducate the male population about respecting women? There should be strict punishment of this kind of thing. Chances are he has kids her age himself!

The media just perpetuates this kind of treatment, showing older men involved with much younger women on a constant basis. Disgusting.

tommyG, you're hilarious. Yes, the Day Worker Center is the source of everything bad in Mountain View. It's their fault that some men don't respect women. If you pass by their building you'll notice that the sun doesn't shine there, the plants are withering and the birds don't sing because it's EVIL.
