Dear Tiffany -
"Wylie responded that the time on the CVS receipt was around 10 minutes later than the time of the robbery. In the drugstore's security footage, Jordan can clearly be seen entering the store with a black bag of similar shape and size as the one the victim said he was hit in the head with, Wylie said."
Maybe you shouldn't have mentioned the CVS receipt. Get a lawyer before opening your mouth again.

Should be easy enough to find some fingerprints on the bike that was almost stolen. Go CSI Mountain View!

Wha, wha, WHA? This article makes no sense. You present the whole situation as a "he said, she said" issue then you casually drop in what seems to be 100% exculpatory evidence in the very end? Shouldn't the headline, i.e. isn't the NEWS story here, be that police now admit they have evidence proving the guy they nabbed is completely innocent?
If the story is accurate, the police should issue a public apology to Mr. Jordan. That will help to clear the man's name on The Google and elsewhere.
If the story is not accurate, please follow-up!

PeaceLove, your post makes no sense. The evidence makes it appear the suspect ran to CVS right after he sacked the victim. It is just a short distance away and the suspect was presumably running. Either way, the suspect has a drug problem and at least that can be dealt with now.
