Too bad this idea wasn't around when Minton's customers started to vanish to the big box retailers. Support your local small business!

It really is a terrific store! The best prices on organic milk and organic grass-fed meats in Mountain View.

I won't be able to be there at the mob time, but will get there this weekend to support the store.

Due to rain, the potluck has been cancelled. Let's meet at Le Boulanger at 1:30pm! 650 Castro St.

That's awesome. If it keeps them from begging for public money for their PRIVATELY OWNED pursuit, I'm all for it.

But in the end, in the long-term, it isn't going to matter. That store will live or die on the long-term purchases of local customers, not what one group of people buy on one night.
