Seems the latter is impossible today because the city has some company called Vacc-com traveling down the street vacuuming up leaves which even with all the doors and windows closed makes an incredibly loud, low, stomach-upsetting noise.
All of this on a Sunday yet, for which the company is no doubt being paid overtime. What's the matter city manager: not content to think up ways of wasting our money? You have to annoy us with noise pollution as well?
What *are* they thinking over there in city hall anymore?
