Council kills request for detailed meeting minutes

Planning commissioners upset about the city ending its practice of keeping a written record of meeting discussions didn't get a break from the City Council on Tuesday.

The article says 'No other advisory board or commission opposed the move to action minutes'

Actually, I am pretty sure that at most - maybe all - of the board and commissions were not even informed of the change prior the first council vote. It certainly was never listed on the agenda of any board that I saw in the preceding months.

So the real questions:
- which boards voted on a change to Action minutes prior to the Council decision to change?
- which boards have voted on Action minutes since the first Council decision?
