Filling bellies, and stockings at CSA

Holiday shopping can be stressful -- long lines and messy merchandise often take the fun away from gift-giving. But the families waiting in line to enter the Community Services Agency (CSA) on a chilly Saturday morning are far from frustrated. In fact, most faces in the crowd look excited at the prospect of finding toys for their children during this holiday season.

Blue-pencil remark: The comma in the headline is grammatically unbalanced.
A pair of em dashes would set off the phrase "and bellies" even better.

Red-faced erratum: I meant "and bellies.! (Guess I don't get the job!)

No, I meant "and stockings" (although it would have made more sense making the customary filling of bellies parenthetical, or set off by commas or dashes). OK, no more commenting by iPod.
