Nazi propaganda left downtown

Original post made on Dec 13, 2011

Cards bearing messages written by the American Nazi Party have caught the eye of at least one Mountain View resident who reports seeing the cards posted around downtown repeatedly.

"The best cure for bad speech is more, better speech,"

Yes. Censorship is not the answer.

Even though the messinger is an idiot, the message might still hold value.

D.T.S. should learn how to spell messenger before he calls someone an idiot.

Free speech is free speech, as vile and detestable as it may be. To remain a free society we must allow those with whom we may vehemently disagree to express their views in the public square.

In the case of the Nazis: whenever they open their mouths, they doom themselves to ignominy

The amusing thing about these neo-Nazis is that they detest the very things that white people should take pride in: the invention of the concept of codified human rights (the Magna Carta), the concept of diverse peoples partcipating as equals in government (the American experiment), and being the first race to ban slavery. These are the things that should be sources of pride to Euro-descended people, but the neo-Nazis hate these things.

Buffoons.

There's a reason the Nazi party and Nazi affiliated activities have been banned in Germany, just because we don't live near the location where the holocaust happened, and just because it happened over 70 years ago does not diminish the horrendous tragedy. Nazism should not be an accepted part of society, it's hate pure and simple.

By all means, move to Germany, DCS.

Here, we have this thing called a "Constitution." It contains a little list called "The Bill Of Rights." Number One on that list is FREEDOM OF SPEECH. If you don't like what the Nazis have to say, refute it.

Trust me, it's easy.

@Old Ben - I wasn't referring to the freedom of speech. We have plenty of limitations here in the US. I think a symbol that invokes hatred and mass murder is worse than the seven dirty words that the Supreme Court deemed "filthy."

The military represents the potential for hatred and mass murder. Are you going to argue to ban the military next? The Nazi were a product of a militaristic, war-seeking culture... .

So, DCS, you would ban the flying of Israeli flags? Genocide in Gaza is happening today. We pay for it.

Thankfully, the neo-Nazis receive no tax subsidies from the American taxpayer. But Israel does, and they are driving the Palestinians into the sea. They have wiped Palestine off the map.

@Old Ben - You have to admit that the holocaust is much different than what is going on right now in Israel/Palestine and the Middle East. My original comment was more aimed at the lackadaisical usage with WWII symbols. Comparing Obama to Hitler and using Nazi symbolism waters down the atrocities that happened during WWII, and I think people who agree with me should say so more often than they are doing.

Yes, the Nazi detention camps were quite different than Gaza. They had running water and hospitals. What is happening in Gaza would make a Nazi blush with shame.

Old Ben, look around you. The "American Experiment" is a dismal failure. Sure, we have multiculturalism. We have Black gangs preying on Whites. Latino gangs preying on Blacks. The more diverse we become, the more it breeds mistrust. Your fortunate to live in a basically small town type area. I live in So. Cal. in a major city. It's a racial jungle, and the animals are running wild. You can't walk down the streets and feel safe - day or night. People distrust what they consider outsiders by instinct. The more multiculturalism is forced on us, the worse things will get - not better.

I'm originally from NYC, Ghost. It works just fine there. California's biggest problems are narcissism and hubris. Race has nothing to do with it.

“The line separating good and evil passes not through states, nor between classes, nor between political parties either, but right through every human heart, and through all human hearts. This line shifts. Inside us, it oscillates with the years. Even within hearts overwhelmed by evil, one small bridgehead of good is retained; and even in the best of all hearts, there remains a small corner of evil. It is impossible to expel evil from the world in its entirety, but it is possible to constrict it within each person.”

Yes, but I can't help but notice that you're no longer living in NYC, but in California, Old Ben. It seems that you're not just colour-blind, but simply blind. And as the old saying goes, there are none so blind, as those that refuse to see.

Well Old Ben, I disagree about race, but you sure as heck are right about the narcissism and hubris - especially narcissism. I'm originally from New Hampshire, and I look at native Californians of ALL races and shake my head and wonder, "What the heck is it with these people? Why do they think they're so great?" I'm not certain, but this is probably the worst state, economically speaking, in the country. In So. Cal. people are pigs. They litter EVERYWHERE. Traffic is a nightmare. I could go on. I'll be moving back to NH in a few years. Race has nothing to do with it. I've just about had enough of California arrogance, false pride, and slovenliness. I will say that No. Cal. seems quite a bit cleaner than So. Cal.

Proposition 13 pulled the rug out from under the once-great state of California.

Race is irrelevant.

This ANP Group (American Nazi Party), has nothing to do with the ANP of George L Rockwell. It is headed by a person by the name of Rocky Suyahda out of Michigan. He is 53 years old and lives in the basement of his mother's home. This group, all 11 of them, endorsed Occupy Wall Street, Gay Marriage and has jewish members. It was recently exposed as a front entity when its emails and blog were hacked. See Web Link
Their photos, and real names are revealed on this blog.

I used to be in this ANP Group. I left after I attended a meeting in SC. It was loaded with pedophiles and sex perverts. Middle age and old men, some of them living with young boys. They have meetings in a concrete back room with no windows. I learned I was not the only one that had this experience. The old guy here that recruited me needs to be watched out for, look at where he hangs out and places the cards.

You must have been so disappointed when you found you couldn't hang out with more traditional Nazi's.

I did not want to be in a group with old men that had a sex fettish for young boys. These guys are really not Nazis either. They require people buy the cards that they want them to hand out and they also require people buy their newsletter, and pay dues. They are very much into soaking people for money. As a whole they are really freaky and fruity.
