@MV-VOICE "as much as $700,000 in additional property tax revenue". Is AMES part of the "Regional Shoreline Park Community"? If so, that money doesn't really go to the City (or the schools for that matter).

Is the city of Mountain View already getting property tax revenue from the Federal Property used by NASA/Ames? If no, how could they get $700k additional from Google? Let em have their bridges, sounds like a good deal. Cha!

Did the city get paid off by google? why did the city council agree the bridges to be off limits to the public, and won't be transferred to the city for 30 years. As a resident, I'm getting concerned of the $ influence of Google and affecting the integrity of the city council and the charm of Mtn.View.
