Love the Article! Have to say that as a small start up family business we have been ironing out lots of details and our staff still in training is constantly trying to improve.
The style of Morocco's is definitely a new age restaurant concept which hopefully will win you over as you can taste the love and hard work that the entire team puts in what we do.
A note on our Kebabs, we use a flame sauteeing technique which we used to skewer before plating, but for the sake of being eco friendly and limit the food handling before it's served, we serve all our kebabs loose. The bread on the other hand, may just have been not warmed up properly as it usually is fluffy and soft.
Please come in the restaurant and mention Chef Jay's comment on the Mountain View online web site for a complimentary surprise!!
We are happy to join the wonderful Mountain View Community and look forward to being great neighbors and become one of your favorite places to dine, take out, or cater from.
