Private service for Steve Jobs held Sunday at Stanford

Several hundred friends and family of Steve Jobs gathered for a private memorial service at Stanford Memorial Church Sunday night, the university said.

Great achievement by Reed College dropout Steve Jobs. He founded one of the top companies of today, and it's interesting that college graduates are very respectful of his accomplishments.

I don't think Steve would have liked so many corrupt politicians (Clinton, Brown) attending his private service. These politicians used their influence to get invited to this ceremony.

jupiterk: I'm not so sure. Steve Jobs was very adept in using his influence too; and I'm sure he'd understand, in that light. He may not like it, but he'd understand it.
