Foothill Expressway crash victim identified

A Mountain View woman who died Wednesday when her car crashed into a tree has been identified as Claire Silberman, the Santa Clara County Coroner's Office said today (Sept. 15).

I don't understand why people over the age of 75 are allowed to drive.My grandfather is one of them and he was given 3 tries to pass the test while some of us get our licenses taken away for cr@p.
