Yep. Opponents have been ringing that message like a bell for the past year +. Glad to hear an admission that the ridership estimates are officially flawed and cannot be relied upon. Since voters used these biased estimates to form their decision to vote for HSR, its time to throw out the election results formed on the garbage estimates and have another vote now that we know ridership will be mush less than we were originally lied to about, er, I mean told.

Now that IS a surprise, a government program built on flawed data. Same agency that spent 8 million taxpayer dollars on a PR firm?
