Trail connections a focus for new POST leader

Creating trail connections among open-space parcels on the Peninsula will be the next great focus of local land preservation, says the new president of the Peninsula Open Space Trust. Walter Moore took the helm of the venerable nonprofit Friday following the 24-year tenure of Audrey Rust.

Now this is the proper procedure for acquiring lands from private entities for the benefit of all! POST is a model example of private stewardship for the public benefit. A truly altruistic organization that respects private property rights.
