...all these problems but no call to shut down the local alcohol dispensaries? Violence, violence and more violence is the recurring theme in these establishments yet nobody seems to mind.

The article said he was from Sunnyvale...figures! Try going to Paul & Harvey's in Sunnyvale, much thugs and violent-type incidents. I guess they wanted to ruin Mt. View, too!

I haven't offered any advice yet..but yes, prohibition of _any_ substance, when so many have chosen to use it, will never work.
I just gotta laugh every time I think of those on the MV city council being concerned with possible issues at medical cannabis dispensaries, but being so very blind (or uncaring) about all the issues the local alcohol dispensaries have on such a regular basis.

Alcohol is much more dangerous for the city than medical cannabis.

Maybe if you had less "medical marijuana" you could occasionally think up something more original than the usual quip about shutting down the local alcohol dispensaries.

Besides, I don't make up these stories. I'm sorry your opinion on the topic butts up against the facts that are occuring in society regarding dangers of booze vs dangers of pot.

Why do you need a drug at all? I suggest getting help if you abuse any drug.
What makes you think Alcohol is less dangerous for the city than medical cannabis? Why do you think alcohol should be allowed, but not medical cannabis?

If this character was charged with public intoxication in a Bar then it seems to me the Bar owner should be charged with aiding and abetting.....
