And the decision to ban marijuana collectives was made in the City, but it's OK to keep the MANY MANY alcohol filled clubs, eateries and restaurants open till 1 or 2:00am for folks to drive home drunk or act like this in public?! I don't remember ever reading about someone who has smoked marijuana act like this towards an officer, but I've been reading many other articles about folks who are DRUNK act like this lately... government "officials" can really be stupid sometimes.

The two drunks became so upset when they realized they were snorting cocaine cut with 75% baby formula they just purchased from a group of black teens in a gray SUV.

I thought being drunk in public was a crime? Apparently I have been mistaken for over 30 years. Apparently you can abuse alcohol and people while causing a public nuisance. That bums me out because I quit drinking long ago.
I don't understand why people bring up the marijuana issue. It doesn't help in the discussions of whether it should or shouldn't be legal. People really need to know when to pick the time for the fight. This isn't the place or the time and you don't have an audience to puff your chest out, and you clearly lack stats.

"Stats"? We don' need no steenkin' STATS. How much violence do you see around cannabis dispensaries? How much violence do you see around alcohol dispensaries? I rest my case.
