People should have the freedom to walk wherever they want whenever they want. Alone, at night, whatever. Period. People who make it so that we can't should be shown NO TOLERANCE. There is no excuse for terrorism and bullying. We should jail them and throw away the key. No second chances. Might as well hang them so we don't have to support their sorry a**es for the rest of their lives.
