Low income parents can insure their kids

In the fall of 2010, my niece and nephew lost their health coverage due to their father changing employers. At the time, they were 3 and 5 years old.

I hope they only provide this health insurance for people legally in the United States. Too many US citizens need help and we should not allow anyone who is in the US illegally to benefit from good programs like Santa Clara Family Health Foundation.
