Does this also apply to apartment dwellers?

This system has been in place vis PG&E for several months. Why is the city taking credit for this process? We have been tracking our gas and electric usage, on-line, for over a year. It is quick, easy access and installation of the Smar meter was already completed when we initiated this monitoring for our home. Thanks, relaly, goes to PG&e. Log on to PGE.com and navigate until you find the process, follow instructions etc.

Yes, apartments (and condos) are eligible.
The free "In-home energy use assessments" are not offered by PG&E except to their low-income customers.

Why on EARTH was this program given the green light? I'm sure it wasn't free and in essence it does nothing but pull info from what a resident can already get from PG&E's existing program on THEIR website. A link to PG&E's page is all that is needed, but in city gov't, I gues everyone needs to be tied to some sort of program.
This is a Waste Waste Waste of our money! Please print the names of those who OK'd this needless duplicative program.
