How much in payroll taxes does Mr. Black pay?
Does he offer health insurance as well, or is the rest of the public expected to pick up the bill for that?

And a substitute teacher in Mountain View makes less than $100 after taxes, so I'm sure those on the substitute teaching waiting list would be glad for the work.

Mr. Black, are you proud of yourself for violating federal law so you can hire someone at slave wages? Do you file a 1099 for your "contractors"? How do you do that if you don't ask for their SSN?
