A shopping destination or another strip mall?

Mountain View residents who thought they were going to get a new, improved addition to the San Antonio Shopping Center after Sears goes away are very likely going to be disappointed.

*Correction*
"...a new Safeway store, relocated from California Avenue..."
There is no Safeway on California Avenue (Palo Alto). Don't you mean California Street (Mountain View)?
