Indecent exposure arrest at Rite Aid

A 55-year-old transient man was arrested and charged with indecent exposure on May 5 outside of the Rite Aid on Grant Road in Mountain View, police said.

Was the witness the victim? This implies the transient was observed by the witness; therefore, witness was the victim?

This location seems a magnet for perverts and criminals. Didn't a similar incident happen recently where the victim chased the guy down and snapped his photo with her phone? Then there was that incident where a bunch of thugs stole bottles of liquor. Rite Aid should do more to protect their customers. I am not likely to shop there anytime soon.

This location seems to be becoming the "Flasher's Bermuda Triangle" of Mountain View. Weird.

Actually, with the overhead shape of the area being more rounded than angular, we could now refer the area as "The Flash Bulb"
