It took this long to find a Exec Search firm? Probably took that long as they(recruiters) are stumbling over each other to sign Graham somewhere else. Gossip in the halls is they will hire from within and the weak job requiements from "Wesley" seem to be setting the table for that. You need an experienced CEO to run a hospital of this size not just someone with senior management experience. Any good CEO will look at this circus we call a board and run for the hills.

Truth be told, the industry is so corrupt right now, the hospital needs someone with good business skills & strong ethics from outside the country and certainly outside of the bay area. If the board continues to keep recycling in the same old people, the same old problems will still remain. The place needs fresh blood with a fresh perspective. El Camino needs someone who can to toss out the non-performers and not worry about stepping on toes, brown nosing or saying "Whatever It Takes" for the sake of saying it.
