". . . whose employees will use public transportation."
Using public transportation practically requires:
1) that the employees live near public transportation
2) that public transportation will always be available when they need it.
3) that using public transportation will always be comfortable, clean, safe, economical, convenient, for the whole door-to-door trip.
4) that on work days all they're doing is going between home and work, with no stops (for shopping, dining, visiting, etc.).

Agree with both above and,
What about all the folks that had a chance to visit that place.
A place that gave them an opportunity to work off their debt to society.
These days we have people locked up with no chance of recouping that money. What a waste!!!
Why was it shut down?? it was such a money maker!!

This makes total sense, what with the shortage of office space available. I mean, heck, there's almost NO vacant offices around(yah right)

Sad, that building is actually kind of architecturally interesting.
