New city manager? Just clone Duggan, staff says

In a lively meeting Tuesday afternoon, some of the city's 650 employees told the City Council that what they would like in a new city manager is exemplified in Kevin Duggan, who is retiring from the job April 2 after 20 years.

Why does our city want to hire another City Manager. This is a perfect opportunity to "Outsource" this position. We would be the City Councils chance to show the residents they are willing to take the first progressive step in making decisions reducing the cities overhead. The city could save about $100K........."Just Think About It"............
