Youngest sister testifies in Carbajal case

The youngest of the three sisters who all claim their uncle, Pedro Carbajal, had sexually molested them took the stand Thursday, Jan. 19, before Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Griffin M. J. Bonini. The girl, now 14 years old, said her uncle molested her at a family event, cornering her in a room of her mother's apartment.

Maybe the defense attorney should know that the girls probably replied to specific questions with an "I don't know" because such experience for anyone, especially for a child is not pleasant to remember. It is very logical that they are blocking some specifics because it is a way to avoid the pain of remembering the abuse.

Those friends of Carbajal should questions themselves if they would feel comfortable leaving their own children with him without supervision; then, lets ask them again if they still support him.
