Hangar One funding lost

Congresswoman Anna Eshoo has declared dead an $8 million request for Hangar One, which means the icon's massive steel skeleton may be left bare when the Navy strips it of its PCB-laden siding this spring.

Maybe Some solar panel company could cover hangar one with PV panels as an advertisement, or NASA could invest in the panels and sell the power back to PGE to recover the costs.

That's a helluva good idea!!

Maybe Google could pay to cover it in solar panels (a great expense considering the size of the structure, possibly too much for any current solar company). Then Goog could use the power to run their pc's & servers.
