No toys until they learn to use proper grammar: it's 'Cops WHO Care', not 'Cops THAT Care'.

Cops are making plenty of money to fund this program. They can reach into their deep pockets instead of turning this into a PR event. The chief of police alone could fund the entire project with the increases he's been getting recently.

Actually, the Police and its union are the grinches, bleeding the city taxpayers dry with exorbitant salaries and fat retirement packages on fluffed up disabilities (like ret. at age 52 police Capt Barzi, $189,000 a year tax free disability but can still take bike rides to Sacramento!) He was one of the recent retirements from City Hall who negotiated for the contracts.
