Give a dog a home

Local shelters, facing influx of dogs, offer "name your price" adoptions. Santa Clara County animal shelters are also seeking foster families for homeless canines.

The discount is nice but if people can't afford $100 or so to buy the dog then they probably can't afford food and vet bills.
