I've said it before, and I'll say it again...that area of Mountain View is "crime central". If you don't want anything to happen to you...*move away*. Problem solved.

Misguided at best. The last few stories about this type of crime have been reported on the Steven's Creek Trail, and MUCH of MV's crime occurs
in the Downtown area and the surrounding Old Mountain View.
You're "solution" is not only overly simplistic, but flat out incorrect.
I'll look for the realty sign on your lawn as you relaize this.

There are some sick people in the world. Was he exposing himself to her or did she walk up as he was using a bush as a toilet? Neither is acceptable but one would be less nerving.
